In Memoriam: Joseph Cytrynbaum, 1972-2009

Dr. Joseph Cytrynbaum, assistant professor, social work, died suddenly on July 11 of natural causes. Although he came to the University only about a year ago, he made an enormous impact on the lives of his students and colleagues. His expertise in his field and love for teaching inspired those he mentored.

Jade Stanley, chair, social work, said of Cytrynbaum, "Joe was a man with hope, optimism and positivity. He made everything he touched better and will be truly missed."
